Approach

Our marketing and program management experts have distilled their wisdom and best practices over the years into repeatable templates, workflows, and processes to efficiently move deliverables through content development and production pipelines. This helps us deliver our services consistently on-time and on-budget. Our agency model is further designed around agile, expert teams that can adapt as demands change. This gives us the flexibility we need to make your vision a reality.

Mission

At The Odigo Group, we are hyperfocused on telling the stories that compel your buyers to choose your brand over everyone else. To achieve this, we dive into your target customer audience—identifying their unique fears, desires, motivators, and top priorities—to create content that positively influences buying decisions. But we don’t solely focus on content. We are also equipped to power your partner and reseller channel strategy, dispatching teams of seasoned project managers to manage partner programs, drive sales initiatives, and execute both virtual and in-person events to meet your goals. Whatever the need, we are skilled at customizing solutions to bring your vision to life. Our deep-seated desire to help your business thrive is the essence of who we are and why we champion the name Odigo, which translates to “I drive” in Greek.

D&I pledge

At The Odigo Group, we value diversity, inclusion, creativity, innovation, and contributions from all team members. Research and experience prove that diversity makes us better—as an organization and as individuals, by improving our culture, our products, our services, and our team. In light of current (and a long list of historical) events, we think it is important to ensure we are mindfully encouraging a diverse and inclusive environment rather than taking it for granted. As such, we are committed to creating a culture of continuous learning, seeking to understand perspectives that are different from our own, fostering a belief that we can make the world more just and equitable through our actions, and creating space for team members to engage in safe and brave conversations. We embrace and encourage differences in age, color, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, and other characteristics that make each team member a unique asset to this company.

Our Environmental and Sustainability Policy

At The Odigo Group, we are committed to conserving our resources and minimizing our impact on the environment. We are grateful our headquarters is on Whidbey Island, far from city traffic, congestion, and pollution. We want to do our part in keeping our Island and planet beautiful and sustainable.

Here is how we practice environmental sustainability and give back to our community:

  • Empowering remote work: 95% of our team work remotely across North America, powered by Microsoft Teams collaboration technology.
  • Limiting travel: On the rare occasion that 5% of our team members travel to the office, they are on the road for less than 7 minutes each way, creating a minimal carbon footprint.
  • Reducing energy usage: Although we just moved into a historic building in downtown Langley, we are actively upgrading it to the latest building codes and minimizing its environmental impact. Our first order of business was installing a new heating and cooling system from Island Ductless Heat Pumps, which is eco-friendly and helps us reduce our carbon footprint.
  • Recycling efforts: We have a robust recycling program in the office that includes aluminum, glass, paper, cardboard, and the occasional plastic, and we recycle laser print cartridges directly with the manufacturer, although we rarely print anything.
  • eSigning vs. printing: We are DocuSign power users, managing all internal and external contracts via electronic signature.
  • Donating to help grow trees: In 2021, The Odigo Group made a Memorial Donation to the National Forest Foundation, resulting in 1,000 trees planted in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Eastern Washington.
  • Giving back to help local wildlife: We also support the Orca Network via the Langley Whale Center, a local nonprofit dedicated to preserving the Orca pods that call the Salish Sea in the Pacific Northwest their home.
